I’m an attachment based, trauma informed trained therapist committed to helping all individuals, but in particular women, learn how to listen to their inner voice, soul, and body, so they can gain a better understanding of what they need and then get those needs met. I have had extensive training and experience providing trauma focused, attachment based therapeutic treatment. The specific treatment areas have been depression, anxiety, PTSD, and women’s health that have affected individuals mentally and psychologically from fertility issues, postpartum and later in years, perimenopause and menopause. I believe most areas people needing treatment is related to an experience of loss connected to relationships, person, and autonomy of body. I’m passionate about creating space either in individual therapy or group work for women to voice their struggles with fertility and then later the struggles of perimenopause and menopause.
